At our core, JILO is more than a solar installer—we are asset developers, owners, and operators. We specialize in the design, financing, and management of energy infrastructure that powers mining operations, industrial clients, commercial estates, and digital platforms. Our model is built on long-term value creation: we invest in and operate energy projects that generate stable returns while delivering strategic benefits to clients and communities.

JILO’s portfolio spans utility-scale solar farms, embedded generation projects, AI-enabled data centers, and green city infrastructure. We build large-scale solar plants under Independent Power Producer (IPP) frameworks and partner with industrial offtakers through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). In embedded generation, we deliver customized, onsite solar and hybrid solutions to reduce energy costs and ensure power reliability for energy-intensive users such as mines, manufacturing plants, and refineries.

We are also pioneering the integration of clean energy with digital infrastructure. JILO’s vision includes the development of green-powered data centers that support Zambia’s growing digital economy while remaining energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. Our interest in smart urban systems and green city models reflects our commitment to inclusive, climate-resilient growth.

Isaac Ngala serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of JILO Energy Company Limited, providing visionary leadership grounded in strategic management, innovation, and a commitment to community impact. He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology from Trans-Africa Theological College.

Isaac brings a unique blend of corporate governance, social leadership, and entrepreneurial foresight to JILO. With roots in Kitwe Boys Secondary School and community service as Senior Pastor of Blessing Centre City Church, he has a strong track record of leading with purpose. At JILO, he is focused on building a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready enterprise that supports Zambia’s development through sustainable infrastructure investments

Florence Sichone is the Business Development Director at JILO Energy Company Limited. She brings over five years of experience in advancing renewable energy, infrastructure, and policy reform across Zambia and Africa. Her expertise spans energy policy, project development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic expansion.

Florence has a strong background in international development and energy sector transformation, including her role in the Green Cities and Infrastructure Programme. She is known for her strategic thinking, sustainability leadership, and her commitment to inclusive growth. At JILO, she is responsible for leading the company’s market development, investment partnerships, and the growth of its diversified asset portfolio—including solar, mining, embedded generation, and digital infrastructure.

Michael Kapula is the Company Secretary and Director of JILO Energy Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is a certified Management Studies graduate from Alison. Michael has experience in legal and business development roles across various institutions including Kitwe City Council, SIL & Kay Advocates, and Viverdede Real Estate Company.

In addition to his legal and governance responsibilities at JILO, Michael is an author (Deep Dive into Future Innovations) and maintains an active investment portfolio, including interests in Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC), Bata, and other strategic sectors. A former radio presenter and a youth leader at Blessing Center City Church, he brings a passion for ethical leadership, innovation, and youth empowerment to the organization.
